He is a leader in product development, having directed teams in creating novel food products for major Indian clients like Modicare, Emami, and the Vestige Group. He has led the launch of category-defining products that shaped market trends and drove growth. Known for his innovation and cross-functional leadership, his work continues to align with evolving consumer demands in highly competitive industries.

Srikanth had worked in 13 countries providing Consulting Solutions to over 20 multi billion dollar companies. Srikanth had successfully contributed as a Regional Delivery Lead - Utilities for North America, Global Architect for Utilities, Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect to companies like Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini and other large companies. Besides technology, Srikanth also contributes to Package Design, Marketing and Supply Chain functions.
