Delivery and Shipping Policy
(Wherever Applicable)
- We deliver across India through trusted logistics partners.
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery time for metro cities is 3-5 business days, and for non-metro cities or remote areas, it is 5-10 business days.
- Delays due to weather, strikes, or government restrictions will be communicated via email.
- A tracking ID will be shared via whatsapp once the order is dispatched.
- Ensure correct and complete shipping details while placing the order to avoid delivery delays or failures.
- Report damaged or missing items within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at customercare@hetafu.com or +91 9240211999 with your order ID and images of the damaged product.
Refund and Cancellation Policy

Eligibility for Returns

- Before Dispatch: Trusted Orders can be canceled anytime before the product is dispatched. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made before dispatch.
- After Dispatch: Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. However, you may initiate a return under our Return Policy after receiving the product.
